<p>About the Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection (BCC) Program</p>
<p>The New Mexico Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection (BCC) Program is a cooperative effort of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, State of New Mexico and healthcare partners to encourage screening for breast and cervical cancer. To be eligible for the BCC Program, a woman must meet the following age, insurance and income requirements:</p>
<p>* Are 30 years or older<br />
* Have no health insurance<br />
* Have health insurance with deductibles and/or co-pays that are too high<br />
* Do not have Medicare Part B or full New Mexico Medicaid<br />
* Live at or below 250% of the federal poverty level. (To view income chart, click here)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>El Programa de Detección Temprana del Cáncer del Seno y del Cérvix de Nuevo México es un esfuerzo cooperativo de Los Centros para el Control Y Prevención de Enfermedades de E.E.U.U. (US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), del Estado de Nuevo México, y de los socios de asistencia medica, con el fin de fomentar las pruebas de los canceres del seno y del cérvix. Para que una mujer califique para el Programa BCC, deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos de edad, ingresos, y seguro médico:</p>
<ul>
<li>Deben tener más de 30 años de edad</li>
<li>No tener seguro médico</li>
<li>Si tienen seguro médico, el deducible y / o las cuotas médicas a pagar deben ser muy altas</li>
<li>No tener Medicare, Parte B (Medicare Part B), o no tener un Medicad Completo de Nuevo México completo</li>
